Our Story
Bori Spot opened on West 49th Street with a simple idea: a place that doesn't rush you. By day, we pull careful shots of coffee and serve people who need a quiet corner. By night, the same space becomes something softer and darker — cocktails poured slowly, music low, conversation allowed to breathe.
We source our coffee from regional roasters and our spirits from suppliers who care about how things are made. Nothing on our menu is an afterthought.
